TGIF!!!
Good morning buddies! Isn’t it amazing the growth we attain on our journey? I have never considered my self all that special, but yesterday when my friend Kasaundra wrote her blog and gave me such an amazing shout out, that I was really humbled, and also with the comments she got. I don’t think I’m all THAT great, but I do love to help people, and I love it that I was able to help!! If I can help someone thru my experiences then it makes it all worthwhile, and that is what it is all about right?
Well, still having sleep problems, anyone have any suggestions for that? I was so tired I overslept this morning and could only do a short workout, ugh! Well, I hope you all have a great day and get those workouts in!!! Love you guys! ![]()
Not sure what I could possibly say that you don’t do already or at least know already!! Watch your caffine intake, try not to watch tv too close to bedtime, try a warm cup of tea before bed? My all time favorite can’t sleep cure is always a good tumble with hubby!

You may need to up your carbs a bit. They help with sleep, where as protein wires you up. Could try a little bit of Valerian Root (herbal supplements) just before bedtime.
