Hope I didn’t mess up…

Well, I had to go somewhere after work and I was hungry, so had 2 slice of cheese pizza at work and 4 sugar free Girl scout cookies(that constitutes 1 servine on the box) so I went over my calories by 192. I did get in my walk though, so hopefully I will still see a loss in the morningWell going to bed soon, y’all have a great nite

Ok buddies, it is Friday!!!Let’s have fun this weekend, and find some creative ways to make it fun while staying op! Maybe try some new fruits and veggies you haven’t had before? Or try some new healthrecipes? That’s what I’m gonna do, take time to try some thing new. And have fun with it!!!

Well I’m looking forward to weighing in this weekend, My jeans are alot looser, and I feel ike I have lost again, Yay!! I know I have been working hard, and have exercised everyday. Well Buddies have a great day!

P.S. I found out last nite to watch oout for the calories in things like corn dogs, I looked it up online, it said 460 calories for one!

Well, I’m wearing another pair of bagg pants today( I just bought these in December, lol), at this rate I will definitly be shopping for new clothes, Yay I love shopping.

It is raining here, has been since yesterday. At least I can’t complain about snow, thank God. I really feel for you all in the snow country, I used to live in Illinois, and know how it can get.

I want to ask some of you, my bf says he thinks I’m working too hard on this. I do my workout videos (Billy Blanks) at least 3 times a week, and then on the alternate days go for a half hour walk. Sometimes I take a break and don’t do anything on Sundays. He also thinks I don’t eat enough, I try to keep my calories per day between 1200 and 1600. He says it has to be around 2200 for health reasons! I don’t think so, would appreciate feedback on this, thanks

Well I made it thru yesterday relatively unscathed. My bf had made this total pot roast dinner for me when I got home, and I did one plate of that, but no seconds and NO dessert! So I was a little over my calories. But I did a 45 minute Taebo workout, and I still feel awesome that I didn’t cheat at my work potluck!!! That is such a first for me

Back at work today, hope you are all having a good week. Seems like everyone is trying to get me to eat, lol. My coworker brought donuts, but I just said no thanks. I’m going to eating luch out ( subway), and dinner too as we have to go to a funeral tonite, so want to save the calories for then. Well, I will try and write more later, Have a great day!
