Wow, wow, wow!!! Class kicked my butt, and sorry I was MIA!!

Hiya!! well, went to my first step class with weights last nite! Wow, totally wiped me out! It was 55 min long, but towards the end I had to modify it! I really feel it! I go back tomorrow nite and Thursday nite. I was so wiped out when Igot home that all i could was letTed wait on me! He had made pepper steak and rice, and cooked some edmame. He even gave me the calorie counts for dinner!

Funny thing I noticed in class. They have these mirrors up. i had to see myself working out. I did NOT like the way I looked. I look stumpy all over!! My shorts looked puffy, everything! Not what I picture in my minds eye. So going to change what I wear(thanks for the suggestions, Nancy and Lori) I do not want to look like that. Sounds vain, huh? Well I think I will work better if I feel confident.

Other than that, I loved it! At first I thought the instructor was chunky, then I realized she is all muscle! And can she move!

I did have trouble with the step a little almost tripped once, and had a hard time coordinating the right feet, lol, but I will get it.

Ok, love you guys gonna check mail before Biggest Loser comes on!

    Glad you enjoyed!! You will get all those steps down in no time!…I need to get some cute work out clothes too. I agree…will give us confidence!!!
