Hot, hot, hot!!

Someone really turned the furnace on here in Phoenix! Yikes, may even hit 110 this week!

How are all of you? I am kinda tired, but I think it is the heat. Doing good though, and getting my workouts in.

Well, they changed my clinics around at work, so I am having to learn alot of new stuff, I need a vacay!!

Thanks for all the tips on cleaning, I will be sure to use them!

I am doing good, got thru Father’s Day, I stayed busy.

I want to give a big hug to our buddy Loni, she is going thru alot with her injury right now.

Not much to say at this point, but I love you all!

    U being hot hot hot in 110 degree heat…makes me shut my mouth. I have been complaining about the 90 degree heat and humidity here in Indiana. U make me count my blessings! Stay cool!

    Good to hear from you. Gald you were able to make it through father’s day. You should definetly go on a vacation. My husband hasn’t had one in 3 years. So I made him take a vacation this year. WE are doing it in July and going camping to forget our worries. Hope you find time for a vacation for you. Take some you time.

    I could not live where you live Kama… no way. I’d melt. You’d see a little puddle of Irish girl right where I was standing…. yup, no way… I’ll take my rainy, overcast Irish weather ANY day!

    oh wow 110.. holy cow.. It is hot here too but not 110 and we do not have ac so it is hot everywhere.. lol but man 110 I could not imagine

    ahhh! It was high 80s here…my mom and I were out all day and we were driving to Walmart. I turned the AC on in the car, but it never got cooler! Eventually my mom yelled at me, apparently I had not turned the AC on after all… I turned the heater on! haha
    grab water and hide under a rock? I agree with everyone else, stay hydrated!

    There’s no reason I can think of for temperatures to ever be over 100! I am in Florida and dreaming of winter :)
