Hi buddies!!! Well let me clarify the above statement. I am so in love with salad and fresh fruit, and I am loving doing the higher calorie thing! It is sometimes hard for me to get it all in, but I am loving it. And here’s the thing, I am keeping it all healthy!!
So, I worked out with Jillian again today, tomorrow is weight loss yoga, been doing real good this week, and sticking to my contract.
Plus, I feel am doing better internally, learning to take constructive criticism in the spirit it is intended. I have good friends who really love me and try to help. My old way was to get defensive, but I am finding that if I open my mind then I really learn! Like this calorie thing, I fought it for so long, then I realized that my body needs the nutrition, I love to work out ,and work out hard, so I HAVE to fuel it! Thanks, Nancy and Nicole for pounding it into my head!!

You know I like putting unsalted seeds on my salad instead of crutons…you should try it sometime.
great job on eating more. I am like you I give every bit I have in every workout. Push myself as much as I can and just this week I realized how much I need the food. So I upped my intake on heavy workout days ( over 2 hr workouts)
I have not realized a difference as of yet but I just have been doing it a few days. But yep it feels good to know I can eat so much LOL
OMG if I had to choose 1 thing to eat for the rest of my life day i and day out it would be spinach salad!
Oh and might I add I love the idea of making a contract. When I get back on Sat I am sitting down and making one too then I’m going to promptly start at my new routine :] Thanks for the great idea!

It’s funny when I get a craving for “healthy” food because it feels unnatural after always eating crap. But it’s such a good sign that my body wants better food!
