Happy Monday!!
Well how are you all? I am doing great, really been working it to make up for lost time! Today, I did Jillian’s troublezones, that is NOT for the faint hearted, let me tell you! Plus did, 50 pushups, 50 squats, 50 sec plank and will do 50 jj’s before bed. Plus got in my 100 oz water! This is our daily tema challenge.
I am sore, but forgot how good it feels to work out hard! Still trying to get used to eating more calories according to what SP says I should eat. We will see how this works!
But I feel so good, and had an awesome fruit salad with dinner.
Yestrday I did ok, but got waylaid by a pkg of trail mix, tropical, I had to have it and it was better for me than a candy bar, but pushed my calories higher than I wanted.
So, are we in this fight to be healthy full force? I sure am! Love you guys!

Way to stick it to that exersicing. I love being a little sore. It makes me feel like I am doing stomething good to my body.
