Hello, buddies!
How are you this Monday?
I’m ok, wasn’t feeling real great and was tired, so I overslept and didn’t get my workout in. I am determined to get some core exercises in tonite.
Well, I got mom’s application faxed off. So now we wait. At least we are moving ahead.
Well I looked up my BMR(Basal Metabolie Rate) says my calories should be around 1316. This I have learned so far from Jillian’s book.
So I will try that.
Got kind of discouraged yesterday. And I have a confession to make: I binged on cookies. I was feeling so discouraged after weeks of trying to get these last 2-3 pounds off, that I just bottomed out. ‘Bout made myself sick. NOT gonna do that again.
So, time to kick myself in the butt(thanks for the kick from you too, Lori) and get back on. Been doing good today. Scary how fast those old bad habits can rear their heads, huh?
So I am still in the fight!
Hope you all are having a great Monday! Hugs, Kama
Good for you girl. I’m just waiting to read that blog that say “I made it to goal!”
Keep fighting Kama!!! I’m surely one of your many cheerleaders…GO KAMA!!
You can do this!! its ok you had a few cookies, you know better now
sometimes I think when we take away “all” the goodies, we crash even harder.
Hope you have a great nite Love ya!!!
Pretty soon you will be saying goal. It is so good of you to be taking such good care of your mom. Now that you made your confession you can repent now. It is a new day. You will win over those 2-3lbs. Don’t give up.

Yes, it is scary how old habits rear their heads!

Big HUGS!
Sounds to me like your probably just so tired with all that you’ve had on your plate lately. Give yourself a break, a little slip, won’t stop you. But, you are absolutley right, it’s very easy to fall back to old habits. I have faith in you, and so do you, no doubt here, that you’ll be at goal befoe you know it!
Kama, it’s BMR for laying in bed and not exercising. If you exercise, you need to up your calories.
Stress causes us to slip back into unhealthy patterns. You owned it and now you are back on track! Give yourself a pat on the back and get those last stubborn pounds off! You are one strong chick, Kama.
