Still a little tired when I got up but I did a 30 minute taebo bootcamp, workout, and that helped alot!

Well, my comments on South Beach so far is that it is not much different then what I was already doing with a few deletions and additions. Still working into it. HAVE to drop the bananas, lol. And I love them, and the instant oatmeal, too. But I am working on it, have had to ease into it, just due to finances. But I am getting there, and liking it!!

Well, my new bead station is working great, have already finished 2 projects!!

How is everyon today?? Good I hope. Well gotta run and post, have a great one!

    Once you make it past the first couple of days, the South Beach Diet is a piece of cake (except you can’t have any ;-) )
    I’m jealous! I need a bead station! :-)
    I’ve got a lot of beads, but my problem is that I stop in the middle of whatever I’m working on and start something else. I guess I’ve got bead A.D.D! It probably helps being able to have a place where you can leave your tools out.

    Kama, I finally made it! I was having a panic attack there for a minute. I am eating instant oatmeal as we speak. If SB II is so close to what you do now, it shouldn’t be too much of an adjustment for you. Go for it!
