I love this pci! How are we today? I’m doing good! Had a good workout, although I almost overslept!
Doing good on the SB diet, will be changing my oatmeal tomorrow. I’m anal enough that I wanted to use up what I had first, but other than my breakfasts, have been totally on, and am finding I’m not as hungry even with eating less calories! Woo hoo!!
Well, this is short, got to work late, so I need to quick go post, will come back at lunch and read blogs, have a great day!
A woman goes to her boyfriend’s parents’ house for dinner.
This is to be her first time meeting the family and she is very nervous. They all sit down and begin eating a fine meal.
The woman is beginning to feel a little discomfort, thanks to her nervousness and the broccoli casserole. The gas pains are almost making her eyes water. Left with no other choice, she decides to relieve herself a bit and lets out a dainty fart. It wasn’t loud, but everyone at the table heard the poof. Before she even had a chance to be embarrassed, her boyfriend’s father looked over at the dog that had been snoozing under the woman’s chair, and said in a rather stern voice, ‘Skippy!’.
The woman thought, ‘This is great!’ and a big smile came across her face. A couple of minutes later, she was beginning to feel the pain again. This time, she didn’t even hesitate. She let a much louder and longer rrrrrip.
The father again looked at the dog and yelled, ‘Dammit Skippy!’ Once again the woman smiled and thought ‘Yes!’ A few minutes later the woman had to let another rip. This time she didn’t even think about it.
She let a fart rip that rivaled a train whistle blowing.
Once again, the father looked at the dog with disgust and yelled, ‘Dammit Skippy, get away from her, before she shits on you!’

Still a little tired when I got up but I did a 30 minute taebo bootcamp, workout, and that helped alot!
Well, my comments on South Beach so far is that it is not much different then what I was already doing with a few deletions and additions. Still working into it. HAVE to drop the bananas, lol. And I love them, and the instant oatmeal, too. But I am working on it, have had to ease into it, just due to finances. But I am getting there, and liking it!!
Well, my new bead station is working great, have already finished 2 projects!!

Well, I finally made it on! Busy morning!
First of all, thanks so much for the prayers for Holly. She called yesterday, seems her bf and her have decided to split up, and she is concerned about having enough money to rent by herself. She does have some leads and some friends who said they could put her up. I asked if she wanted to come home and she said no, she really likes it there, and wants to make it as an adult, on her own. So I offered encouragement, and ya know? I’m very proud of her and her attitude.
I’m ok, have felt well all weekend, very tired. And this morning I woke up a 2 am ,with what I think is a stomach bug. Was too sick to workout, did come to work though. Think tonite I am just gonna do my challenges and get to bed early, so tired.
Have attempted to start South Beach today, not doing too bad, but need to buy different oatmeal, and stop eating bananas, lol.
other than that, ok.

Wild cats team needs several more members. We compete each week with 3 other teams: The Rockstars, the Heartbreakers, the Fitness Fanatics, and the Diamonds.
We have fun with this and support each other. There is alot of hard work and accountability, too. If you need to jump start your weight loss and put new energy into your workouts this is a good way to do it.
We have a weekly online weigh in on Sunday mornings by 10 AM. You don;t have to be here to do it, just send us your weight loss by that time. We do need commitment though!

Well, I’m not sure what happened, but I’m up a pound! Grr! i WANT TO GET OUT OF THE 140′S! I will start the phase 2 of South Beach tomorrow, I think it is something I can live with, I want to get these last pounds off by summer!
Did a real hard work out yesterday, wondering if that is why I am up, my muscles are really sore! I di the boot camp basic, 55 min long, and then the boot camp live 30 min long, and then 4 team challenges! Whew! I was drenched!! Then I took an almost 2 hour nap after I took my shower,lol. I wasn’t feeling real good before I did it, and was really wiped after. Then I got up and made broiled tilapia and salad and a little bit of mashed potatoes for Ted, ( I did have some, but the rest of dinner was real low.
Well, I am excited for a non weight loss related reason! See, most of you know I do glass bead jewelry making ofr a hobby, and Ted wants to build me a website to sell it, But I didn’t have a good place to work!
Well, yesterday as I was walking the dog, I found a nice foldung table by the dumpster! Nothing wrong with it, the top was just kinda scarred and dirty. So I drug it home(was heavy!), and washed it down, and Ted set it up in our spare room for me! Fits perfect, and I even worked on my beads last nite! It is so great, ’cause Ted works on the computer alot, and now I can work too, and we can spend time togeter at the same time!! I love it!
Well, talked to mom yesterday, she is still not doing well, very weak and dizzy. Thanks, Debbie for the advice on home care, I;m gonna call her case worker this week to see what can be done, for her and to get dad home. He wants to come home.

Well, how are we today? I’m still trying to wake up, lol. Was out late last nite. Went to a meeting with some friends at their house, was a marijuana anonymous meeting. Was real good, we had a new girl there who really wants the program, awesome to see that.
Well, been doing good on my program, I went thru my email box yesterday and put all my South Beach stuff in one folder, so am going thru that and seeing how I can incorporate it into what I am already doing. Alot of it I already do, so that is good. They have alot of good ideas and recipes. So I think if I modify it, I can make it work. Thanks for all the suggestions and support, you all are great.
Planning to do the Billy Blanks basic training dvd today, and maybe the half hour boot camp live, too. Plus my team challenges. Should be a good workout.
I want to get more weights, been checking some out, the ones I have are getting too easy for me. Imagine that, lol.
Well, sometime this weekend I am going to go to a store called Ulta 3. My best friend gave me a $30.00 gift card, so I want to get something good. Any ideas? I want to get something I wouldn’t buy normally.
Mom and dad are about the same, dad is doing real good, they have him up walking the halls twice a day, and he wants to come home. So, we have to get mom feeling stronger, I don;t think she can handle his care all by herself right now, so I want to see if we can get someone to come into the home.

Well, buddies, I have a situation. I have found I am VERY resistant to change. I want to change up my eating habits, and incorporate The South Beach Phase 2 into it, but for some reason, I’m not doing it. I get so stressed and not sure why. I KNOW it is healthy, but I keep making excuses. I don’t know why. Is it fear maybe? I don’t know why it is so hard for me. I know alot of you are doing it, and succeeding, but I just seem so set in my ways. I really feel it would help get these last few pounds off so why am I not doing it? Any thoughts, verbal kicks in the butt are welcome.

Good morning!! How are ya all??
I feel good today, had a good workout, although it wasn’t as long as I wanted. Our power went out at 3:30 this morning, and didn’t come back on till after the time I wanted to start, but at least is came back on and I was able to do a 30 minute workout and get ready for work!
Well, I’m doing good, still have not heard back from my dr, so I’m thinking this weekend, gonna arrange my meal planning, and try Phase 2 of the South Beach diet(ok Jo?) I am skipping Phase 1, because of my low blood sugar problems, I feel I need the carbs, so wish me luck. I have really had some issues with starting this, but I was looking it over last nite, and it seems a real healthy way to go, and I can manage it while working.
Feeling more and more rested, think it was partly due to allergies.
Well, I have to go post and get busy at work, have a great day!
