Happy Monday!!

Monday.gif Monday image by bkgravelyHow are we today? I’m doing good and started my high intensity cardio this morning and will be doing that every day this week. Wish me luck that it bumps my weight loss into action again.

We had our ham yesterday, boy it was good, but it made me soo thirsty!! Will be really pushing water to combat that.

    Hey… was reading on a “walking” website… that if you are down in weight and cant seem to lose anymore… that you should carry weights (not sure what exercise you do..) because the weights trick your body into thinking that it is heavier than it is, .. and so it will work harder… maybe that will help if you dont do that already..
    Also, make sure your mixing up your workouts so your body doesnt get used to certain things !

    HEY KAMA missed you girl…not worried you will get that weight jump started but ditto to erins that’s what Mark told me to do and it helped immensly not to mention gave me great arms and legs! Keep it up talk to you later!
