How are we today? I’m doing good and started my high intensity cardio this morning and will be doing that every day this week. Wish me luck that it bumps my weight loss into action again.
We had our ham yesterday, boy it was good, but it made me soo thirsty!! Will be really pushing water to combat that.

Well, it is weigh in. and I’m up a pound. I’m not even sure why. I have been staying op, and drinking all my water, doing killer workouts(I’m even sore today), and the weight is just not coming off. As much as I try to not focus on the scale, let me be honest, it DOES matter to me.
A good buddy told me that maybe I’m at the weight I should be at. My BMI says different, but I wonder, I know it is different for each person. But, I set my goal for 135, and I soooo want to get there! If I get there and find it is too low for me then I can go back up, but I want to at least get there!
What do you all think? I do know I have lots of flabby areas to tighten up, and I’m working hard on that. Even Ted thinks maybe I shouldn’t focus on the weight loss, but it is hard, I have done it for so long. And I don’t want to get complacent and slide back. I do believe you have to always keep going forward, that you can never stand still. That if you try to stand sitll, you start going backwards. I never want to do that.
Anyhow, I’m looking for some input. I know I’m healthier and fitter than I have been in years, and I feel great. I love my new found muscles and what I can do. So, I’m happy there. Thanks, buddies.
Well, I am proud of myself for what I did last nite! I got the bead books out that I had borrowed from the library, and went thru them all and got some great ideas for some new color combinations, and even got the beads out to do 2 new projects! I had bead boxes all over my kitchen table, lol. I worked on one necklace until about midnite, not done yet.
At least the ferret stayed out of it, lol. I had it up high where he couldn’t get it, and he was asleep, and I watched for him to come out, and when he did, I put him to bed for the nite.
So, enough about me, how are all my buddies? Good luck to all the weight loss teams!

How are all my buddies today? Boy did I sleep! I laid down to watch a movie at about 8 last nite, fell asleep shortly after that, then I woke on the couch at 5:30 and went to bed and slept till shortly after 8!! I knew I was tired, but wow!!
I do feel so much better, and my headache is finally gone!
Ted and I talked last nite, I need to get busy with my jewelry making, he wants to build me a website to sell it on! He has been taking classes on the internet to learn how to do this, so I need to hold up my end of the bargain! How cool is that? Plus, he wants to help me rearrange stuff in the apartment so it is more conducive to beading, We live in a smal space, so it is hard to work when I have to drag it all out each time. Now the trick is to do it so our ferret can’t get into it, lol!
Well, still at the same weight so far, I hope I can start South Beach soon, I need to do something. I will be doing my long Billy Blanks Bootcamp dvd today, and my last 4 team challenges.

I soooo agree with the last one, too!! What a week for real!! Think I’m gonna crash tonite, 3 days of getting up at 3:45 is catching up to me! I did do my devotions and my half hour taebo bootcamp cardio this morning, I needed it to wake up for sure.
I will do my stomach exercises and my bridges, and triceps and my team challenges later, too.
Well, I saw a good movie last nite, called the “Indian Runner” has anyone else seen it? I was told it was the first movie that Sean Penn directed. Was good and thought provoking, although I didn’t care for the ending.
So how are we today? I’m tired, but so glad it is Friday! Think I’m gonna try and relax a bit this weekend, just got laundry to do on Sunday. Will do my workout tomorrow though!
Well, I talked to my team lead last nite at work and told her about my work load getting so overwhelming that I can’t see to each one in a timely and effective manner. She is going to see about rearranging the work load due to the fact that one of the clinics I take care of has gotten absolutely huge! It was very small when I first started working on it. So wish me luck!.

Weight loss challenge team needs more members. The Wild Cats are looking for new members!! We are competing against the Hot Rods, Heartbreakers, and Fitness Fanatics . We weigh in every Sunday with a 10 am cutoff time in your own time zone. We then declare a winning team (whichever loses the most weight) and start all over again!We have an awesome group of people on our team who are always ready to offer encouragement and motivation. We have a lot of fun but are also very serious about our goals and have a separate forum just for serious talk. Our team also offers optional exercise challenges. You do not have to do them but we have a lot of fun with them. If you complete one or more of the challenges, you can email me and I brag about you. But, it is not required. You can find us by looking at the Buddy Slim menu bar and clicking Forum and then click Weight Loss Challenges and then click Wild Cat Serious Talk or Cheer section.We’re looking for people who are serious about weight loss. You need to be willing to workout at least 5 days per week (trying for 6) and eating healthy on a regular basis. Good Morning!! How are we today?? My therapy went really good! She pulled out my original treatment goals and I have met all of them!! She says I have done a 100% turn around since I first came in, more self confidence, healthier image inside and out! Way more calmer, too, and more focused.
She also said my relationship with Ted is very good for me, I have to give him kudos for being just what I have needed. He is very undemanding and very careful to give me the space I need for me. I love that.
So, I’m doing good today, and have done my taebo cardio at 4:30 this morning!! Woo hoo!
So are we pumping it? Let’s all burn that fat, I KNOW we can do it!! Love ya, be back at lunch to try and catch up on blogs!
Sorry to be MIA today, have a short day at work, and got slammed with patients. Have a dr appt today, last one for my Therapy!! Yay for me!!
