Have to say this
Real quick, but another shining example of how much we are blessed here. I posted a blog about my frustrations with my mom, and my buddies came to the rescue! Thanks, Jen, Shan, Lori, and everyone who read it and prayed! I’m going to mom’s house tonite to help her get the Power of Attorney done, finally. She was so sweet on the phone and thanked me over and over for my help. She is my mom and I love her, and she has ALWAYS been there for me. Anyhow, thanks to you all (and the Good Lord’s grace) I feel much better about it and peaceful. I love you guys!
You’re such a good person Kama. You deserve many blessings in life. You’re a good daughter. Pat yourself on the back.
I’m glad that you are feeling better. It touches me to see how caring you are!
Caring for a loved one can be hard Kama. I had to do it myself for many years. But, I learned that if you take a little time to point your parents in the right direction and takes things slow to explain things to them, they will get used to their new way of living. They just need a little guidance at first. Older people are still smart. But, sometimes they just need a little push here and there and help being pointed in the right direction. I hope all goes well for you here on out.
