Yay, Friday!!!

lolcatsdotcom4wl3o9kkse21b3uq.jpg Wooo hoo!!! I’m amped and ready to go!!! Did my taebo this morning, and I’m rolling!! Going to put up my decorations this weekend, yay!!!

Well last nite with mom went ok, but when I got there, she didn’t remember why I came over! So, I had to go thru all of it, again. Looks like the case worker is gonna come out and do a home visit to help her thru the rest of the forms, thank God. Momo gets so confused, and I don’t know enough about the paperwork to do it all for her. Did get the POA done, though, need to get more, medical ones and ones for mom, this one was for dad. But, bit by bit, we are getting it done. Have to have it all done by 12/10. The good news is that dad is medically eligible for the assisitance! So, we have to grit our teeth and hang on and get it done.

Well, I gotta go read some blogs and get busy, you all have a rockin’ day! :)

Have to say this

Real quick, but another shining example of how much we are blessed here. I posted a blog about my frustrations with my mom, and my buddies came to the rescue! Thanks, Jen, Shan, Lori, and everyone who read it and prayed! I’m going to mom’s house tonite to help her get the Power of Attorney done, finally. She was so sweet on the phone and thanked me over and over for my help. She is my mom and I love her, and she has ALWAYS been there for me. Anyhow, thanks to you all (and the Good Lord’s grace) I feel much better about it and peaceful. I love you guys!

Happy Thursday!!!

dance-snoopy2a-1.gif Well, I did my Leslie Sansone walk strong dvd, will do my Billy Blanks cardio tomorrow. My new exercise plan is : MWF-taebo cardio, and T,TH, Sa do more strenth training. Plus trying to keep my calories between 1300-1400, now. So, wish me luck! Want these last 15 pounds gone! So, gonna try this, shout out to Cindy for all her good advice!

Well, buddies, please pray for me to have more patience with my mom, her memory is so bad and she is getting very argumentative. I love her, but she is really trying my patience. She expects me to do alot of things for her, that she can do herself! Sorry for venting a little, but it is so hard, and I can’t be there for her 24/7. So, working thru that.

Ted and I are doing great, we admit we drive each other a little nuts but we laugh about it, he and I both say we want to be with each other and love each other alot. I think the last trip he took did us some good! That and the talks we have been having!

Well, I had better go, kinda rambling this morning, you all have a great day, and whip that fat into shape! Love ya!

Happy Wednesday!

Wednesday.png Are we up and at em? I am!!! Well, changing up my exercise routine, up a bit, and my eating plan. Think my body has gotten too used to what I’m doing. Want to get these last 15 pounds off by the end of January!  So, that is my goal!

Got the papers faxed in for mom yesterday, they won’t let dad come home until they get the living situation worked out, he chokes too easy, and they want help close by. I can understand that.

Mom is doing better about it, and we are almost done, thank God.

Thanks again for all your support, love you all! I gotta run, busy here at work, and want to see a few blogs, have a great day!

Had to share today’s quote!

This was on my devotional reading for the day!

November 27th:

Unfreezing an attitude or behavior which is well in place is not easy; our motivation for change has to be strong enough to cause it to happen.

Love this!

Group hug!!!

sHa_grouphug3.gifI love my buddies!

How are we today? I did my taebo cardio this morning, and I feel great! Will do my team challenges today, and my floor work tonite!

Well, buddies, I screwed up a little last nite, had abit more chicken and a little pasta salad that I didn’t plan for. Had to stay real late at work, and I got hungry. But at least it wasn’t sweets!

Got the form from dad’s pension plan from mom, will fax it in to the case worker today. All mom has to do now is get a statement from Social Security about how much is taken from the check for insurance, and then we are done! Dad is supposed to come home today, but we don’t know for sure yet.

So, another busy day! Now, let’s not let down, now, just because the holidays are here! I signed up to bring some goodies in, but I’m gonna make a Weight watchers recipe, “Banana Cranberry Bread” really good, I will see if I can post the recipe on here, too.

Well, gotta go, you all keep that blood pumping and burn those calories! Have a great day!

Ok!!!

Well, Thanksgiving has come and gone, and and let’s get on with it! If you gained, so what? Today is always a new day, and we can do this, and we know what we have to do, and how to do it, so let’s quit sitting around moping about what we did or didn’t do over the holiday, ok? We are good, strong people, and we have been so blessed to have this site, and I don’t want to waste a precious second of it!

So lets’ get our plans in gear, stock up our kitchens with healthy foods, and get our running shoes on! Let’s get ready to sweat, we can lose some major fat by the new year!

Monday is here!!!

thcomingsoonsml.jpgHow are we all today? I overslept, will have to do some walking later. But I will!

Didn’t gain at all!!! Yay! Still the same weight I was last time! Sooooo happy about that!

So, how did we all do? Let’s turn up the heat this week, and really show that fat who is boss! Love you all!

Where is everybody?

Are we getting out workouts in? You had better, I’m watching, lol.

Well, I feel pretty successful about this holiday, could have done much worse. I checked this morning and amd up a pound, but that is way better than I normally would have done! Gave the pie to mom along with some more leftovers, she was glad to get them, and I am so glad that pie is gone!

Well, I have done my taebo boot camp dvd three days in a row, including today! Did all my team challenges, too. I feel very good about that!

Haven’t done any Christmas decorating yet, will go to storage next weekend for that. We are gonna wait until the week before Christmas to put our tree up, because we have a very active, nosy little ferret and we don’t want him getting into the tree, and I wll be off wokr the week before, so I can help watch him.

Getting excited about the holidays, will be the first I didn’t do a whole lot og baking, I will be exploring some healthy baking ideas, too! Have found some good recipes lately.

Have gotten some Christmas shopping done, Still more to do, but I pretty much know what I’m getting.

Guess that is about all for me, things are real good here, you all have a great day! Love ya!
