Ok, just to let you know

I have to get better at managing time. So I have to limit how much I am on in the mornings. I will still check my blogs and emails and still be there to support you all. Just changing the way I do somethings. I also need to be able to devote more of my time to my work. But I’m still going and will be there for you all, just doing this to prevent burnout.

I love you all so much and you mean the world to me. I’m changing things around to have more time for support.

So with that said, let’s get busy and get those workouts in!!!! Have a great day!

Great info!

** EAT YOUR WHEATIES * Researchers discover that insoluble fiber may improve insulin sensitivity. If you have diabetes, you probably know that the right diet can help keep your blood glucose levels in check and help prevent obesity, high blood pressure, and elevation of blood lipids (total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides), all of which increase your risk of developing diabetes complications. But did you know that the kind of cereal you eat can help improve your sensitivity to insulin? According to a report in the journal Diabetes Care (Volume 29, page 775), improving insulin sensitivity may be as simple as following some old advice: Eat your Wheaties. The more sensitive your body is to insulin, the more efficiently your cells take up glucose from the bloodstream. Past research showed that people who consume high-fiber diets have lower rates of type 2 diabetes, and this reduced risk appears to be due to both soluble and insoluble fiber. To find out how insoluble fiber lowers diabetes risk, a team of German researchers designed a special bread that contained 10 g of insoluble fiber per slice. The researchers asked a group of 17 overweight and obese women without diabetes to eat three slices of the bread daily, which placed their fiber intake well within the recommended 20-35 g per day. After three days of eating the bread, the women’s insulin sensitivity improved by 8%. You can increase your insoluble fiber intake by eating more fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. You can also ask your doctor about a fiber supplement.

So excited!!!

Had to tell you all!!! I came home and tried on the clothes, and I am now officially a size 12!!! And I can even wear some 10″s!!!!! Yay!!!!! Haven’t been this size in years!!! Well off to exercise!!!! Wheeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! :)

Very cool!

So I get to try on a bunch of clothes tonite, a coworker gave them to me, because my other clothes are getting so big! I looked thru them and some really nice stuff! I have to clean out my closet! This is fun!

Hi Buddies!

Today is a new day!!! Gonna make it a good one! Well i have been on this journey for over 6 months now, and I am reevaluate where I am. I have been a little depressed, but I had a stern talk with myself this morning, and the thought came to me that if anything is worth having, it is worth fighting for! So I will keep at it and learn to prioritize and manage my time better, seems like I’m always in a rush, and I hate that. Sooo, if I’m not on constantly, you know I’m taking time to do things right, plus I need to have time for my relationship, too. I feel guilty for not being on the forums as much, but it is hard when I’m at work, but I still love you all, and support all your efforts!

There, had to get that out. Now let’s get this thing done!!!! We can do it! Have a great day!

My plan for tonite

Will do the first 4 of the challenges tonite and 20 minute of linedancing. That should help me decompress.

Sorry for coming unraveled earlier. Tasha, thanks for helping me focus!   I took some deep breaths and feel better. My boss told me not to worry about the test, that I knew the stuff, and I have 2 weeks to retake it. I will take it when I am not so pressed for time. Mornings are bad for me. Sooo, I will be back on later to talk at y’all!

What a morning!!

First I had to take this stupid medical records test, they are trying to reduce errors made and I can understand that, but geez we have enough to do. Plus, I think I may be starting menopause(God, I hope not, eek!) My nerves are haywire today, too. So, buddies, keep your fingers crossed no chocolate calls my name, lol. Just want my nerves tro calm down.

I didn’t pass the test this morning, and I have 2 weeks to take it again. My job depends on me passing it. I talked to my supervisor about it, and she said I know this stuff just to take the test when I’m calm, so wish me luck!

Sorry this is so scatterbrained, that’s the way I feel right now. Not sure what is wrong, I woke up sweating last nite, and I’m still running warm. ‘Course doesn’t help that Ted is gone but that isn’t bothering me as much as it used to. I don’t know, any relaxation suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

Quick one!

Feeling much better today, had a great nite’s sleep. Did my taebo this morning, and am ready to roll. Got a test to do todeay at work, so I will come back on later to read all your blogs. Love you all!

Night buddies

Very tired from being up so early. I have got to get on here more often and talk to you all. I miis it. Seems I have been so buys. Will be on as much as possible, I promise! Love you all, have a good nite!

Happy Monday!

Well Ted got off ok this morning. Don’t worry buddies, not freaking out, he will only be gone until Thursday. So, I have been up since 3:30 this morning( had to get him to the airport by 5:45) and I did my workout, too. I will probably crash later, but for now I’m great!

So let’s get this Monday off to a rockin’ start!! Are we pumped and ready to go??? Let’s do this!!! :)
