I’m ok

Just a quick word to let you all know I’m ok. They caught the guy responsible for the car chase, unfortunately 4 people died in the chopper crash. I was so upset last nite, I coudnt dop anything, but I made up for it this morning with a long workout. Sorry I wasn’t on before, but Ted had to work all day.

    I’m glad you’re doing well. I saw that on the news after you mentioned it on here. So sad. :( Good job getting yourself back on track, though! :)
