This will be brief But I am doing awesome!!! Think I have lost another pound already! Have op all week, and done my workouts!!! Hope you all have a great one!!!

Well, I had my diabetes check yesterday, and all my numbers were extremely improved!!! My dr, said I am the perfect pt, and she wished she had more patients like me! She said I’m doing amazing and won’t need any meds!!!!! My goal is no drugs at all!!! She said my diet is perfect and my workouts are too! I was so excited I came home and jogged in the pool for 30 minutes straight! Cool! Oh, and by the way, Ted saw my swimsuit for the first time last nite, and he was really impressed!! Well, I hope you all have a wonderful day!! Gott go!

Well, I’m a happy girl today!!! I ended up not doing any workouts at all, because Ted wanted to spend time with me, so we did But I’m back full force today!!I hope you all had a wonderful day yesterday, I know I did! And I hope you all have a good day today!! I gotta get busy, my desk is swamped from being off yesterday, but I will be checking in!!!

Ted is sleeping he is worn out, poor baby! So I thought I would jump on foir a bit! Last nite was hectic, I made it to the airport ok, but what I didn’t know was that his palne was an hour early! They didn’t even have that posted on the board! Then they told me to pick him up on the wrong floor! So I waited, and panicked whne I didn’t see anyboy, so I asked yet another person, and they said, oh, he is probably down on the first floor in baggage! Well I took off like  shot, and as soon as I got down there, I saw him! Man, I ran to him and grabbed him!  Poor guy, had been waiting for over an hour, tried to call me but I had already left by then! So, we got home and stayed up late talking and then we passed out,. He said he hadn’t slept good in 48 hours, so I’m letting him catch up!!! I’m soooooooooooooo glad he is home!!!!!!!!

So, I’m waiting to go pick up Ted, Yay!! His flight comes in at 10:50 tonite. I can hardly wait to see him I will probably not be on tomorrow, Gonna spend time with him, but I will be thinking of you all! And I will be back on Wednesday. I will still be op and doing my workouts, so let’s keep moving! Bye for now!

I’m here how is everyone? Doing awesome and Ted comes home tonite!!! Already did my workout this morning, and will do my team challenge tonite. Gotta do something to kill the time, I don’t have to pick him up at the airport until 10:50 pm tonite!. I hope you have a wonderful day, and thanks for being such great buddies!!!
