Happy Memorial day!!!

Got up late, nice to sleep in, gonna do my workout when I get doen here. am cooking a roast in the crock pot, and baking some chicken for my salads later in the week. Going to the pool later, don’t want to get burned.I hope you all are having a great, healthy day!!!

    I cooked a roast yesterday in my crockpot, aren’t they the best?!! Wishing you a great day, enjoy that pool !!

    Hope you enjoyed the pool today.  It is the official opening of our family pool (Memorial Day seems to be the targeted day for pool openings here in WV) and we had a blast.  I hosted a small cookout and chilled afterwards.  Did I tell you we spent our family vacation in Tucson last summer?
