Hi! Well, I have to walk again at lunch today, have been really tired this week, haven’t been able to workout in the morning as much

The walking is great Kama. I know what you mean about feeling tired. I’ve been the same way this week. Not sure whats up with that.

It doesn’t matter when you get the exercise done as long as you GET it done. Cheer up you are still the Bomb!!!!!!!
I don’t know what it is, but we’ve all had trouble waking up this week too. Even my hubby, who normally is on his way to work by 5 am, hasn’t been getting his butt moving til the rest of us have started waking at 6:30 lol.

Well, you’re doing good by making it up during lunch. And maybe this walking at a different time is shocking your body so you may see even better results! Now wouldn’t that be nice?
