I did it!!!

Just took a 25 minute walk at lunch! Felt great!!! I’m gonna try and do this even when I do my morning worokouts!

    Hey Ms Hottie.  Good for you, you did it!! That does make you feel good doesn’t it?? Shoot I have been so busy today myself. Washed two loads of clothes put them away and mowed the grass. lol lol I am like the WIND. Don’t come near me cause I will blow you away. lol lol

    Great Job!!!  I love walking.  If it is raining you might want to try Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds.  It takes you through 1, 2, 3, and 4 mile walk.  You choose how far you want to go.  I love it.  It leaves me feeling energized.  Keep up the good work.

    Good for you!!!  I was going to do some walking on my lunch break yeasterday, but it started to rain.  At least I have been doing my mornng workouts.  I think when my oldest gets off the bus, we will go for a walk because its such a nice day!  (Besides it’s good for the whole family to get some exercise)

    Great job I knew you could do it. I take the doggies on a walk everyday weather permitting. And I tire them out.
