Hump day

Ok the most awesome thing happened this morning! My bf looked at me and said “you really look great” I was so touched, he hadn’t said anything like that in a long while I feel so good this morning, and I was able to hold my calorie intake down to the low end of my range yesterday! I’m trying for 3 pounds this week, so will see if I can do it! I really hope you all have a wonderful day, and stay OP!!!
