Good morning!

Hope everyone is well. I’m finding my biggest challenge is avoiding late evening snacking. Ayone else having that problem? I do great all day, especially at work, but then I sometimes fall apart at home. Ugh, I hate this, I hope I just at least drop SOME wieght this week. I don’t want my control to slip. HELP!!!

Morning all!

Well, one full week today. Messed up a little last nite, got home exhausted(that time of the month)and didn’t do my workout, ugh. But I did it all weekend, shooting for 3-4 times a week, hopefully will get home in time to do it tonite, have to gone after work. Still faith ful with my water, and have cut way back on sweets. I ordered a new workout video yesterday, and plan to buy alot of healthy snacks at the store this weekend, too. So, I’m very determined. You all have a great day, and keep up the great work!

Do any of you do his workouts? I just went on Amazon and ordered another one of his dvds. I got it new for $2.80!!!!

Sunday

  Well, is is Sunday and rainy here. But I got out my cereal and I’m gonna find it on the food tracker. I’m really encouraged to keep going and I’m determined to make it this time.

tips

Would like some tips for when I am tired after a long day at work. I kind fell off a bit last nite, had more fish sticks then I should have, and popcorn, too. I was just too tired to cook, so my bf made dinner,something easy and fattening of course, but at least I still lost. Would appreciate some feedback on how you all handle this, thanks

I’m so excited!!!!

I weighed my self this morning, and I am down 6 lbs!!!! I know it is mostly water, but it feels great, anyways. The tracker said I was losing wieght too fast, but I always do this the first week of a diet, and then it slows down to 2-3 pounds a week. But it is great for my ego!!! I will be back later, Have a great day!!!

Help!!! I need to know the calorie counts of Subway’s under 6 grms of fat sandwiches, thanks!

day 4

Well, I made it to day 4. I’m excited to weigh myself in the morning, I feel like I have lost already! I know I feel better, and it is affecting my attitude in a positive way. My bf has already noticed it, and I have had him smiling alot! This site and all you people have already helped soooooooo much!!! Keep up the good work!

day 3

I made it to day 3, and my clothes are already looser!!! I know it is alot of water, but it feels good anyways. I did screw up and have some cookies last nite, but I’m on today! Hope you all have a great day!!!
