Decision

Dug out all my Weight Watchers info. Going to try and follow it closely, been feeling at loose ends with my eating plan, not sure of my direction. I have all the info here at home, so I figure with that and all the support I get here, I will be able to do this.

    of course you can do this. You have to change your mind before you can change your body!!!!!

    Don’t just try and follow your plan.  Follow your plan to the T.  Stay focused.  Make it your goal not to mess up for one week.  Make a promise to yourself and don’t go back on your word.  There is plenty of time to mess up on your plan but just make the committment for right now, for one week, to stay on it.  And If you feel good, make it another week and so forth.  Your blog doesn’t  sound to me like your committed but get committed!  Do it!  Make your plan however big or small and be faithful to it.  Your a strong women.  And if you don’t believe it, dig down deep.  Think of the worst thing that’s ever happened to you.  Did you get through that?  Then you can get through one week.  Don’t prove me wrong.

    You can do it, just keep on trying.  You will find the best plan that works for you.  My mom and sister used Weight Watchers and really like it.  It is a good plan, just I don’t like to go to meetings and don’t have the time.  This will probably be good for you since you have the plan at home and the support here.  I know how difficult it is these first two weeks have been hard.  Week one I was really motivated and really into it.  Week two I was already feeling like why try, but I did stick to it.  Now Week three I am even more motivated and feel good.  With all of your help and others I feel I can do it.  Don’t give up, just take one day at a time and remember we are here for you!
