another day

Am glad to say I finally feel like my knee is well enough to go back to my taebo workouts. I’m determined to show a loss this week. Wearing some pants today I found were way too big for me, good thing they have a drawstring, lol. But it feels great. I must be losing inches, if not pounds, can tell in everything! Well hope you all are great, and keep it up!

I gotta brag

I have passed up french fries, my coworker sitting right by me had them, AND mexican food in one day!!! Hurray for me~!

Brownies

Argh, my coworker brought brownies. I’m happy to say I only split a small one with somebody else, instead of having what I usually do. AND I counted in on my food journal.

Feels good to stay in control

Stocked up

Well, I am really determined more than ever. I went to the grocery store last nite, bought rice cakes, sugar free/fat free puddings, skim milk, lots of salad stuff, and those 100 calorie packs of cheetos, and graham crackers. Now, I can stay out of my skinny bf’s snacks, lol. He was checking out my diet puddings, and I told him to stay out of them, they were for me lol.

So I feel good about what I’m doing, Now to get going on the exercise. I did order a pedometer, want to do alot more walking, seems easiset for my knee.

So I want to encourage all of you, look how far we have come, and I KNOW we can do this!!!

Today is a brand new day

I am going to do this. I really appreciate all the support and positive feedback I get from you all. Glad to see the food journal is working again I had a down week last week, the weekend was really bad. See our cat ran away, and we were really attached to him, and we still haven’t found him. I know to some that is a small thing, but he was like our kid. Oh well, but I woke up this morning with a new determination, and my knee is alot better, so I;m not about to give up. I’m still here tying, and I’m still here for you all, too!

Decision

Dug out all my Weight Watchers info. Going to try and follow it closely, been feeling at loose ends with my eating plan, not sure of my direction. I have all the info here at home, so I figure with that and all the support I get here, I will be able to do this. 

Not gonna give up!!!

Was up a bit this week. Thins it is my TOM. Plus I hurt my knee and have had to slow down abit. But I’m still watching what I eat, and I’m determined. I appreciate so much all the support I get on here, just knowing you are all out there, keeps me going!

Happy Friday!

Well, just to say I had a great nite. I walked for about an hour, then came home and had a great big salad with turkey, chees and egg on it. I wish I could record in in the food journal, does anyone know why parts of it aren’t working? I can’t creat custom foods or access all my faovrites. Frustrating, so I am having to keep track of what I eat by writing it down. But I’m determined to do good again today, I have my taebo workout to do tonite, and I weigh in again in the morning. So all the best to you all, and keep up the good work!

Good morning!

I’m really happy today. Wearing a pair of pants that had gotten topo tight on me to find they are much looser!!! I did my wokrout last night and had a sensible dinner, so I feel great. Hope you all are doing well, too!

Yay for me

I’m really proud of my self tonite. Came home, did my 30 minute Taebo workout, and then had a good dinner of grilled chcken breast, baked potato with butter spray, and a salad. I feel saisfied, so don’t think I wil have to worry about snacking tonite. I had to brag, lol
